With deep regret and sorrow, the City of Edwardsville Fire Department announces the death of Firefighter Avery Hotchkiss from an off-duty accident on the evening of February 16th, 2022. Avery loved being a firefighter and was proud to be a member of the Edwardsville Fire Department. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Avery’s family and friends. Funeral arrangements are pending. All funds received will be donated directly to Avery's family.
