Support Avery & Family Beat Leukemia

On Wednesday, March 20th Avery didn’t feel well.  She had a rash, was pale so we got very concerned and we rushed her to get care.  The pediatrician thought she was allergic to her formula so she recommended we change formula again so her fussiness, vomiting, and diarrhea would go away.  She was WRONG...  A mother instinct told me something else was wrong so I brought Avery to the children’s hospital and they began treating her immediately.   After a number of tests the doctors were ready to give my family the devastating news!!  Avery was diagnosed with Acute Meyloid Leukemia.  Our bodies froze,  hearts sank and the tears began coming down and didn’t stop.  We were devastated, scared and wondered  “why her? why my little baby Avery!!.”

Fast forward through MANY tears, heartbreaks, long hours, no sleep, minimal food, tests, and  loads of information.....Avery began chemo and now is in need of bone marrow transplant.    She will soon be moved to a cancer hospital in Houston, Texas to begin her journey to recovery which will take months and probably years before she reaches full recovery .  Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers.



I've been blessed so far because everyone has been so supportive by keeping in touch and praying for us.   We are asking for your financial support to help minimize the financial burden this devastating illness has brought upon my family.  Any consideration of a donation helps.  Your support will help minimize my immediate family living and traveling expenses allowing us to be by Avery's side every moment as long as its needed.  Our goal is to focus on Avery and BEAT Leukemia!!   We can do this TOGETHER.
