Avery County Relief Effort from Hurricane Helene

Hurricane Helene has destroyed western North Carolina - people's homes, lives, and livelihoods. As local people work on the ground to save lives and rebuild their communities, this funding account will serve as support from those who want to help from afar -- to provide monetary donations directly to those in need in Avery County and Newland. The groups we will be donating to include (but are not limited to); Newland Volunteer Fire Department, Feeding Avery Families, Daniel Boone Bear Club, Town of Newland, and local churches. 100% of your donations will go directly into the Newland/Avery County communities.
