Save Jet's Smile!

All I want for Christmas are my sister's two front teeth... repaired, fixed, and mended. I want to see her smile again—pain-free!

Hi, my name is Jenny Forrest. My wonderful, loving twin sister Jet Pollom requires tooth extractions and replacements from an injury she suffered from when we were kids.

Her two top front teeth were knocked out by a softball when she was 14 years old. After many root canals and other oral procedures, both teeth did not survive. 

Today, Jet is seeking medical attention to help ease her pain and to correct her smile.

Jet experiences intermittent pain that ranges from a dull ache to severe nerve pain. After years of suffering, she recently was evaluated by her dentist. After taking x-rays and completing a thorough examination, he referred her to an oral surgeon, who has prescribed her a series of procedures and surgeries to fix her teeth.

Unfortunately, these surgeries are lengthy, expensive, and necessary. Her oral procedures will involve tooth removal, crown replacement, and eventual implants. 

Jet is a full-time mother and good-natured woman. She is a soon-to-be bride, too! I wish for her to have a pain-free and beautiful smile for her wedding day!
