Recording AVDYSH debut album

Hello! My name is Kateryna Avdysh and I’m here to launch a fundraising campaign for my debut album.

About myself

I’m a singer and composer, the artist bursting with energy, the creator, who manages and a woman who is not afraid to dream and go against the flow.

There were times when my ideas collided with harsh reality:

It was tough, but this significant experience has left its mark on my music, bringing a new depth, strength, and power.

Now, I'm fully prepared. I see everything in a different way and am happy that this moment is happening right now. Not a year or two ago.

About the album

The album is a reflection of various emotional states that each of us has experienced. It shows us happiness and pain, anger and acceptance, joy and anguish. What's intriguing is the common thread running through the entire album, represented by the word 'home', which can be replaced with 'love,' 'care,' 'reality,' 'soul,' and more.

The name of the album will remain a surprise, even to me. I plan to choose its name as soon as I can listen to the final, studio recorded version in one breath. What I can say for now is that you’re going to meet new Kateryna, who can be unexpected sometimes (most of the time).

As you may already know, I am an independent artist. And now I'm searching for creative individuals to join my team.

Last year, I considered launching a campaign with the assistance of a friend, but it came to an early end as two companies decided to support my upcoming singles, 'O meu mar' and 'Hrytsyu'.

This time, I hope to be fortunate enough to connect with more wonderful individuals along the way. You can show your support through donations, sharing on your social media, offering suggestions, or sharing kind words. I’ll deeply appreciate every form of your support!

Why might the support of this project be worthy?

The project itself has a Ukrainian soul, but linguistically, our songs are not only in Ukrainian but also in English, making them accessible to international communities. Additionally, one of the compositions will be in Portuguese.

In my album, I plan to incorporate the sounds of a Ukrainian traditional instrument called the bandura, involve specialists from my country and enhance it with collaboration from Portuguese voices and hands of extremely talented musicians from here.
