Ava's Mission: Support Kids in Need

My name is Ava, and I'm raising money to directly support the families and children receiving care at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. This fundraiser is not affiliated with the hospital - it was started independently by me and my family, but 100% of the money raised will be donated straight to the UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation . Medical care can be overwhelming, not just emotionally, but financially. Families at UPMC Children's often face long hospital stays, time off work, travel costs, and unexpected expenses on top of the stress of having a sick child. My goal is to help ease even a small part of that burden. Every dollar raised will go directly towards helping keeping hospital-run programs going; things like family support services, housing partnerships, meal assistance, emotional care, and other resources to help families stay together and supported during treatment.
