As many of you know, last August, our warrior, Ava Skye, passed away at the tender age of 2 after a brave battle with cancer. This past year has been a journey of profound sorrow and adjustment, as her big sister Alina and I, learn to navigate life without her physical presence. Her spirit and memory, however, continue to guide and inspire us every day.

Today, I am reaching out to share an important and deeply emotional step in our journey of grief and healing. We’re now in the process of finalizing a headstone for Ava, a lasting tribute to her beautiful life and the joy she brought to all who knew her.

This step, while challenging, is made possible thanks to the incredible support and love we have received from all of you. Your kindness, messages, and donations have been a source of immense comfort and strength. It is in these gestures that I see the impact of my daughter’s life, touching hearts and bringing people together even in her absence.

As we take this step, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each of you. Your support has been a beacon of light in our darkest times. The journey of grief is long and winding, but knowing we are not alone makes it more bearable.

Ava Skye’s legacy is one of love, courage, and hope. As we honor her memory, I invite you to continue celebrating her life with us. Your thoughts, prayers, and memories of her are always welcome and deeply cherished.
