Ava's educational adventure to Costa Rica!

Ava's middle school offers a service-learning, educational trip to Costa Rica each year for 7th graders. Only 24 students are selected to participate and must have excellent grades, behavior, and interest. Ava applied and was accepted! She also applied for a partial scholarship and received some funds from the school to participate. Now, we are hoping to fundraise the remaining amount.

On this adventure, Ava will travel to Costa Rica with her classmates to learn about agricultural sustainability and the ecological process and witness this beautiful country's plethora of flora and fauna. Through service work, nature hikes, and our local hosts, they will experience Costa Rica’s Pura Vida lifestyle and help local communities.

Ava is super excited to go and will be extremely grateful for any assistance you can provide! The trip is in February 2023, and our goal is $2500. Thank you!
