My name is Ava, and I am a 15-year-old student currently raising funds to take part in a school trip focused on animal conservation and the environmental health of our planet. The expedition is in Costa Rica and I am raising all the money personally through working at my local pub, serving ice creams at my local cricket club and a number of funding raising events I am planning over the next few months.

I have a strong interest in ethics and law, particularly environmental law and I have an interest in organic, ethical businesses and I hope to pursue this path in the future. This experience would help me better understand how environmental protection, policy, and economics are connected, and how legal frameworks can be used to support conservation and responsible business practices.
