"History Never Forgets" A Collaborative Fan Film

Collaboration! Collaboration is our business! That's what this starship is all about! That's why we're aboard her!

Last year you helped us fund and shoot “The Test of Time” one of our latest episode of “Tales From The Neutral Zone “. It was released in May, and was followed in September by our latest file "The Lost Starship".

Neutral Zone Studios and Avalon Universe first collaborated in 2021 for the film “Doomsday” which now has more than 200 Thousand views on YouTube and has won numerous awards. This past year we worked together to crowdfund one film “The Test of Time” and released two films with “The Lost Starship”. This coming year, we are hoping to release two more.

Neutral Zone studios is home to an extensive recreation of TOS era Constitution Class sets. These sets were originally created as a labor of love by a dedicated group of fans for Starship Farragut, and Star Trek Continues, two of the most respected productions in the history of fan films. These days, their labor of love is being paid forward for other Fan Film Producers to use in a variety of current projects.

Joining forces helped us to massively increase the quality of our respective projects. Many filmmakers are much stronger in areas we may need help with, and vice versa. This time we’re expanding our collaboration to bring in other filmmakers to help us make a much stronger fan film!

“La Morte de la Gurre” (The Death of War) which has already been produced, and is currently in post, and a new film that we’re calling “History Never Forgets” a prequel to the famous episode “Yesterday’s Enterprise” considered by many to be one of the greatest episodes of TNG ever made!

“History Never Forgets” will tell the Story of the crew of The Enterprise-C and the events of the Battle of Narendra III. In past films, Neutral Zone Studios has shot 23rd century era films. This time around, we will be stepping out of our comfort zone in order try something new. This will involve both making modifications to our existing sets, and traveling to another set for a day of filming.

Frank Parker Jr. Is currently in the process of upgrading his sets for use in 24th century stories. We will assist Frank in modifying his set to serve as the Enterprise C bridge!

The best stories in film are always character driven, and we are excited about the story we want to tell. Though this story centers around a battle, the focus in this story is how it affects the lives of beloved characters in this sci-fi universe we love!

We’re simply asking our fans to help offset the cost for hotel rooms, feeding our cast and crew, as well as travel expenses for the Avalon Universe team. These films promise to be unique, and build on the quality and success of both “Tales From The Neutral Zone” and Avalon Universe!
