Avalon, our little furball, had quite the scare at the vet recently. We had to take him in to the ER since he wasn't eating or drinking in almost two days. After some examination, bloodwork, tests, and some surgery to remove the blockage from his intestine, he's back in business and is eating (reluctantly, this cone is FUNNY though) again. He was also under the weather from an upper respiratory infection too, and they sent us home with some painkillers and antibiotics and is anticipated to make a full recovery in 10-14 days.

From what I understand, this procedure literally saved his life and he's worth every penny to the both of us.

Here's the thing though - we don't have many pennies. That's where I come to you, the reader, in our hour of need. The fundraiser amount reflects the two most recent urgent care visits he has had to diagnose and treat everything involved, and with your help we can stay on our feet without shattering our sense of financial stability.
