Hello,
My name is Kyle Hoffer. I live in the Hiland area along with my wife, Hinda, our two-year-old son Shiya, and our dogs. Also, we are Deaf family as well. We just experienced a tremendous avalanche that hit our home. Fortunately we made it out safely with the help of the Anchorage Police Department and the rescue crew that was sent out to help us evacuate. Unfortunately our home and vehicles received significant damage. As far as we can tell, we received the most avalanche damage in our area.
We have lost so much and would greatly appreciate any help you can provide to help us offset the cost of getting our home life back to normal again.
