Help Ava's battle with ITP Medical Bills

My name is Lisa Story and we are raising money for hospital bills for my daughter. This is our story.
In October I decided to change jobs to be able to spend more time with my family. This job is less than a mile from my house and a block from my kids school. Since changing jobs we have been looking into insurance policies, none of which have been affordable. My job is a small business that doesn't offer insurance and my husband is self employed. We have previously always had insurance.
In early February of this year, on a Saturday night, I noticed several bruises all over my daughter's body and petechiae on her trunk. As a nurse this caused much worry and concern.
First thing Monday morning, February 11, 2019, I took Ava to her pediatrician where labs where drawn, that afternoon the pediatrician called to notify me that her platelets were 12,000, which is dangerously low (normal being 150,000-400,000) and to head to Children's Hospital for a direct admit and immediate treatment.
Ava is 8 years old, full of life and energy and has never felt bad, so explaining the need to go to the hospital wasn't any fun. We went as we were told where she was treated with IV IG Infusions x2 for Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura. The Hematologist said this is rare, caused by something viral like a cold. He also said the IVIG would raise her platelets initially then they would drop back down. Taking up to 1 year for her body to fully recover, but she would recover!! We were released the next day.
We have been following up weekly with Hematologist for labs. Last week her platelets were down to 106,000. The medical bills are overwhelming without insurance. We are asking for your prayers and if lead to donate. Thank you for taking the time to pray! God is good and His mercy is everlasting!
