My name is Sonia and I am aiming to raise funds to help my friend Kelly and her daughter Ava. I am reaching out for this support to help them with the cost of essential bills and ongoing costs of living while being off work with Ava in hospital and no news of her coming home anytime soon. Ava needs her mummy by her side without the worry of financial strain.

Ava is a happy little soul who loves life playing outdoors . However, a few months back she took ill and was rushed to hospital where unknown to Kelly Ava was diagnosed with sepsis and a heart condition called cardiomyopathy where her heart is dilated and her mitral valve is backwashing blood. At the moment her heart isn't functioning enough for them to be able to perform surgery. They may perform surgery in the future only if her heart starts to get better, heart failure is a long process of trials and waiting. Ava has recently failed 3 times changing medications, she is on her last try to get it right.

As a mum of a 2yr old myself it absolutely breaks my heart. The strength and courage Kelly has shown so far has been incredible and we are with you every step of the way.
