Help Ava Fight Cancer!

Hi my name is Chance and this is my dog Ava, i’ve had her since she was a puppy and she is approaching 8 years old now. She’s been with me through everything the past 8 years and I don’t know what I would have done without her. Everything has been fine up until last night when I noticed she started acting very strange and wasn’t eating/drinking, breathing heavily and seemed very disoriented which is when I knew something was wrong. She was whining all night and eventually collapsed when she got up off the floor this morning which is when I rushed her to the animal hospital. I spent every penny I had in my bank account for them to see her and run tests to see what was going on, they then gave me very bad news telling me that she has anemia and had a tumor on her spleen rupture which is causing internal bleeding and they are suggesting emergency surgery to remove the spleen as the only possible way to save her. They are also going to have to remove her uterus during the surgery since she is not spayed. I am never one to beg for money or ask for help but I have exhausted every option available, I tried getting loans and setting up payment plans but unfortunately did not get approved for anything so i’m at a loss of what to do. They gave me medication to take home and said to come back monday to either proceed with the surgery or check on her but I know without it there’s no chance of her surviving and I can’t keep watching her struggle as much as she is. She went from being a playful dog to the brink of death overnight, she’s already had a seizure since she’s been home and i’m worried that i’m going to end up finding her, not here anymore eventually. Anything will help.. the doctor said the surgery would range from $2.5-3.5k which I simply cannot afford to pay or I would give it all just to have more time with my best friend. All funds will go directly to the surgery, thank you so much for whatever you can do.
Edit: Ava had her Surgery last Monday and is due back at the vet this week to have her staples removed. Unfortunately the diagnosis we received was Hemangiosarcoma (a highly malignant and invasive cancer that originates from blood vessel cells) which has no cure and a short life expectancy after diagnosis, of course there’s always a chance at a longer life. She seems like she is doing okay for now but there is no telling how soon she will be back to how she was a few weeks ago. I would like to get her on some supplements that help stop the spread of the cancer as-well as chemo if possible. Anything that can possibly pro-long the amount of time she has with us and gives her the best quality of life. The medication alone is going to be expensive (around $250+ a month). Any further donations will be going towards the treatment of her Cancer and I appreciate everything that has been done so far. Thank you.
