Ava Jules Ramelb Tolentino

I am raising funds on behalf of Ava Jules' parents, Al and Liza Tolentino. Funds will be used for burial costs, family expenses, and continuing Ava's inspiring legacy.

Ava Jules Ramelb Tolentino, age 9, gained her angel wings on April 3, 2023, at Rady's Children’s Hospital in San Diego, CA. Ava Jules was born on April 6, 2013 to parents Al and Liza Tolentino. A happy child, Ava Jules was known for her bravery and infectious smiles that lit every room. We will remember her forever.

Ava Jules lived with Dravet Syndrome and fought her entire life. She is survived by her parents, Al and Liza, and her grandparents, Romeo and Nina Ramelb and Renato and Lourdes Tolentino.
