Reclaiming the dream from theives

I'm riding coast to coast in the US. 1800 miles into my trip some souless bastard decided to cut my lock and steal my bike from outside the hostel I was staying at in Austin, TX. Chances of recovery are slim though every effort has been made. I would like to continue on my trip very much and make it across the country. Any bit helps.

If the bike is recovered I will return the money. If it isn't, I will work off my debt to charity at a rate of $15 an hour (probably do Habitat for Humanity).
