Please Help Us Lay Stormy To Rest

I posted on Facebook yesterday about the sorrow of June 27, 2014, and it is a huge sorrow; however, the sorrow of June 28, 2014 is the realization that we as a family can not lay Stormy to rest until we are able to raise enough money to pay for the funeral. The funeral is going to cost around $8,500 and a Head Stone around $1,250 the remainder of the required amount helps to cover the fundraising fee. Please help our family show Charles, Wesley, and Karalynn just how much we love them and support them during this troubling time. They are already facing huge doctor and hospital bills from the battle. Stormy was forever helping others and a mom holding down the fort through Charles being depolyed 3 tours to being at Visiting Angels taking care of others need even up to the week before God called her home. We need to do this and in a BIG way. We know that this wound will take a long long time to heal and that Stormy will never be forgotten, but we need your help with this stage in the healing process. Stormy and Charles have served each other, and this great nation. Families always waits for the call that their soldier was killed in battle until the day they come back home. Our family was so fortunate that Charles came home to his wife and babies three time. We know now that he made it home because he and Stormy were to go through the battle of both of their lives in Paris, TX. Anyone that knew Stormy's overly positive demeaner and the fact that she was just 32 years old, never expected this battle to take her. We have to remind each other, Charles and the kids, Stormy's sister April, and her Father that SHE IS HOME! We love you and we THANK YOU for your support both emotional and financial.
Days like today burden our hearts! Sorrow fills today, but there is a light in all of this sorrow. On September 20, 2007, Stormy Newby gave birth to Wesley Cannon Newby, and on November 9, 2010 she have birth to Karalynn Rose Newby. On those two days in history she passed a piece of her heart & spirit into these beautiful fun loving babies. Though she left this earth today to be with her mom in Heaven we will see her in glimpses of these two kiddos. When we least expect it they will give you a look, or they will move in a way that your minds eye will say, "Wow, that was Stormy." It is up to us to make sure that when that happens we tell them, "Your momma used to do that __________." There is an inherent pride that comes from being like your amazing parent, and they may only have our memories to build their memories around. It is our joy as friends and family to make sure they know THEY ARE THEIR MOMMA'S HEART WALKING AROUND IN THIS WORLD.
