Autumn's Heart Procedure

Hi everyone,
I have had my sweet baby Autumn for about 4 years now. Not long after I found her, the vet discovered that Autumn was born with what is called pulmonary stenosis. For several years now, I have been giving her medication twice a day to help with this condition at the recommendation of her cardiologist.
Today I took Autumn in for a recheck of her condition as it has been several years since her last echocardiogram. The cardiologist informed me that her condition has progressed leading to secondary complications with her heart including enlargement and leakage and could result in sudden death. He did tell me that there is hope because there is a procedure she can have done that if successful would allow her to live life as a normal dog and no longer need medication. It is a procedure that would involve putting a balloon in her heart valve that has stenosis in order to open it up.
I will have to take Autumn to either UC Davis or Sage Veterinary Clinic to have the procedure done and it is not cheap. I am reaching out for help as I want to do everything I possibly can to ensure my sweet girl lives a long and happy life and doesn't suffer from her condition.
This dog means the world to me and always brings so much joy to my life. She has helped me through some very rough times and I love her dearly. One of her favorite things to do is play fetch with her tiny yellow tennis ball.
Any help I can get so that I can ensure Autumn can have this procedure done as soon as possible would be so deeply appreciated. I have a consultation exam appointment on October 15th. The procedure would need to happen soon after that.
