Autumn needs a liver transplant

There are a lot of people in this world whom I love and appreciate. However, my wife Autumn is top of the list. She needs a liver transplant which is happening at Duke we hope. Still waiting for approval and a liver but this money would help with fuel & monthly bills plus help pay for the surgery as well. We will probably be looking at $10K plus in just doctor bills. So thankful for insurance but still going to cost a small fortune. I can’t afford to lose her or my job. Please help us get through this and we appreciate any help you can give us. We are already rich in friends & loved ones! But if everyone we know who prays for us and loves us gave us $1.00, we’d be millionaires! Love you guys very much and we promise to pay it forward every chance we get.
