Autumn is in dire need of assistance as she continues to suffer through her undiagnosed journey. She has been battling what looks like it could be Lupus, but has yet to be clinically diagnosed. She continues to see doctors on a weekly basis, but has been out of work for almost a year now. Without a diagnosis she is unable to get disability so she has been relying on the community to stay afloat. Any donations are greatly appreciated
