Autumn and the The Steffan Family Fundraiser

UPDATE: We are sorry to say that Autumn lost her battle with cancer today. She held on as long as she could to spend more time with her loved ones, but she is no longer in pain. Her family and friends are heartbroken but will continue to keep her memory alive.

My name is Stacey and we are humbly asking for help for Autumn and her family. About 6 years ago, my brother Mike's Fiancé Autumn, was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. While she had 2 small children at home, she underwent a double mastectomy, and continued to fight the cancer for almost a year. The efforts were successful and she was in remission. Since then she has had another baby and was living her life with her 3 beautiful children, and her fiancé Mike. Last year she was told the worst news anyone can hear...the cancer was back, and this time it had moved to her major organs and her bones. The word "Terminal" was used which absolutely devastated her and her family. Autumn loves her children and her family very much, and is doing her best to stay positive and live a normal life. 

In this time of uncertainty for her and her loved ones, we are asking for assistance with her current and upcoming expenses, as well as setting up a fund for her children as they grow up without their mom. As I write this I feel a tremendous amount of sadness to think of growing up without a Mom. 

We hope you can find it in your hearts to help and give to this fundraiser. Even a small amount would be helpful and appreciated.
