Hi everyone,

TL;DR - I need a car.

As many of you know, I’ve had some big life changes the past few years, mainly restarting my life post-divorce. I’ve been without a vehicle for some time but am looking to buy a friend’s used car. I can do it with $10k.

I don’t usually ask for help (because it makes me really uncomfortable), but I’m doing it now because having a car would allow me to:

- Commute more easily to the studio where I train and teach class

- Potentially serve clients who need training in-home

- Run errands in about half the time—our current public transit system isn’t as robust as it could/should be

- Save me about $350+/month in Lyft rides (you read that correctly—yes, even with consolidating appointments and taking the bus and walking part time)

If you can contribute and/or share, it would make living in this capitalistic hellscape a little easier and mean a lot to me.
