Currently four frustrated, but DETERMINED AND DRIVEN autobody shop owners have taken on an insurance GOLIATH, filing a class action lawsuit against one of the major insurance companies operating in New Jersey, HOLDING THEM ACCOUNTABLE for their pattern and practice of REFUSING to negotiate in GOOD FAITH, illegally STEERING, and NOT FULFILLING their CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS (i.e. under-indemnification) for reimbursement of all reasonable and necessary services performed. This conduct violates every auto body repair facility and adversely impacts every customer that reasonably expects their vehicle to be returned to its pre-accident condition in terms of appearance, safe, and proper repairs.
