Autism Service Dog for Sara

Hi! My name is Sara and I am 22 years old and diagnosed with Autism and ADHD. I have a lot of trouble with my independence and severe anxiety. I initially attempted to service dog train my golden retriever, Fitz, but he is now unable to be my service dog. I am looking into getting a puppy that will be service dog trained for me, but unfortunately, it is unreasonably expensive. I am unable to train a dog on my own and will need to have my dog trained for me. I wish service dogs were more easily accessible. Anything will help. I just want to feel safe and comfortable in the world.
