Austrian National Team World Games

Imagine having the talent, skill and drive of an Olympic athlete, and facing the possibility of being unable to do what you do best simply due to a challenge in transit. That's what Team Austria is facing as they aim to make history competing against 24 other countries on the lacrosse field in San Diego, California later this year.
This incredibly talented team of 25 players unfortunately lacks any kind of financial assistance from their government, and must fund the costs of all of their equipment, uniform, travel and board to be able to play. Their most impactful expense will be travel costs to get to San Diego, as well as boarding accommodations for the week. We are hoping to assist them in raising half of the funds to get them overseas, to do what they do best- play lacrosse.
For many of us, the ability to play recreational sports is something we have long taken for granted, with widespread access to school and club teams. These players have excelled to the top of their field, and have arrived at a precipice of elite competition. Please join us in helping them overcome this logistical challenge so they can have a fair opportunity to prove themselves as some of the most talented lacrosse players in the world.
I will be on the coaching staff and SCU Alum Carson Lombardi will be rounding out the squad. Nothing is funded by the country or government so any little bit helps! I appreciate all the love and support. Thank you
