Australian Women's Blind Cricket Team (BCA)

Blind Cricket Australia (BCA) is fundraising in support of the Australian Women's Blind Cricket Team and National Development Program.

The International Blind Sports Federation (IBSA) World Games is the largest international event of its kind for blind and low vision (BLV) athletes, with more than 1700 competitors and support staff from 70 nations.

In August 2023 in Birmingham the Aussie Women's Team competed at the Games for the first time and won the Silver Medal to establish themselves on the international stage.

This outstanding achievement is set to inspire more women and girls to play BLV Cricket, either at a social or competitive level.

And in 2024 at the National Cricket Inclusion Championships (NCIC) female team games are set to compete for the first time.

BCA is a self-funded NFP 100% volunteer organisation, and a member of Blind Sports Australia (BSA). We need your help to fund the ongoing development of the National Women's Blind Cricket Program

Your donation will go directly to sustaining the Program and creating more opportunities for participation across the country, including supporting players aspirations to play at state and national representative level.

Thank you for your support!
