In response to the devastating bushfires on Australia's South East Coast we're raising money for fire affected animals to enable organisations like Australian Animal Rescue Inc continue their good work directly helping animals in need. Every donation will help.
This is a short campaign to focus awareness and resources on the plight of animals, wildlife and domesticated, affected by the fires.
Yoga Path is encouraging our students to participate in a special Sun Salutation Yoga Class on Monday 27th January. Students are encouraged to ask family and friends to sponsor their participation with all money raised channelled directly to Australian Animal Rescue. Or donate out of your own pocket, its quick and easy. Every little bit makes a difference. Can you help?
About Australian Animal Rescue:
Australian Animal Rescue Incorporated (AAR) is a non-profit, volunteer run, non government organization. AAR was established in April 2009 after bush fires devastated the Gippsland, Kinglake and Marysville areas of Victoria.
Spurred into action by the devastating events that were unfolding, a small group of dedicated volunteers spent 3 months rescuing wildlife and providing as much food and supplies as possible out to the effected people and animals.
We at AAR differ from other rescue groups as we also specialize, not only in wildlife animals but also domestic animal rescues and adoptions.
Australian Animal Rescue Incorporated operates 7 days a week and provides animal rescue and information services throughout Victoria.
We also provide assistance to other shelters and disaster relief by doing fundraising throughout Melbourne and Queensland.
