Australia Rodeo Queen Quest 2025

Hey, my name is Jasmine Knowles, i’m 17, one of 6 children and live in a small town in Queensland.

I am a,

2025 Australian Rodeo Queen Quest Entrant. I grew up going to rodeos and riding horses before I could even walk.

Whilst at rodeos through all the amazing performances, I was always drawn to how outstanding the rodeo entrants were and dreamed to be like them.

I hope to leave a mark on younger woman through my quest as previous entrants have to me, But especially my siblings who are my biggest fans, I want them to know they can achieve anything and give everything they want a good go!

The quest was made up to promote and encourage young woman into the sport of rodeo.

The quest gives so many opportunities for woman that are interested in learning more about the industry even if you weren’t brought up in a rodeo family.

You don’t need to have any experience which is amazing!!

With the founding of Australian Rodeo Queen, the National Rodeo Council of Australia added more rodeo associations

including Central rodeo cowboy association, Rodeo services Australia, Australian high school rodeo association.

The Quest is a non profit foundation with all the funds going back into the Quest to not only promote rodeo, build young woman’s confidence, knowledge and friendships.

Winning the Australian Rodeo Queen is a life changing opportunity to go to America and represent Australia at their events.

With many other titles you can win like Miss Rodeo Fundraiser, Miss horsemanship, and so on.

I truely believe I wouldn’t be able to do this if the people around me didn’t encourage and believe in me.

I truly love what Australia rodeo stands for, putting the animals first and making sure they are living their best life.

It is such a caring and helpful industry.

Everyone is happy to share their knowledge because they know the feeling of success that doesn’t come easy.

For the quest I need to raise a minimum of $3,500 to go to judging week in the Gold Coast and $5,000 to have a chance to win Australian Rodeo Queen. I know how tough it is at the moment for everyone.
