Update: 04-26-24 Thank you to all of you. We are about 2 months away from departure. This trip is a once in a lifetime opportunity. On top of the price for him to go, Mark (his dad) is going too and without the help of our friends, family and community this simply wouldn’t be possible. We will find a way to pay it forward for the kindness that everyone has shown

Austin Mariani, a junior at Badger High School in Kinsman, Ohio, has been presented with a unique and extraordinary opportunity. He is among the select group of 24 American high school students chosen to represent the United States in the 2024 Scotland Juniors Golf Invitational, set for June 2024.
Their journey will take them to renowned golf courses such as Saint Andrew's and Carnoustie, where they will compete against the Scotland team. During his 9-day stay, Austin will immerse himself in the rich culture and history of these storied clubs, connect with fellow high school-aged Scottish golfers, and reside in dorms at St. Andrew's, all while playing golf on some of the world's most famous historic courses.
The total cost for Austin to partake in this unforgettable experience is $5,200, covering expenses like airfare, accommodation, transportation, 6 rounds of golf, daily meals, and a swag package.
While we typically hesitate to seek assistance, this endeavor comes at a difficult time, especially in consideration of Mark's travel expenses, and we simply are unprepared for it. They say it takes a village, and we hope that our friends, family, and community can join us in supporting Austin's once-in-a-lifetime journey. It's a rare occurrence for someone from our region to receive an invitation to compete internationally on the opposite side of the globe. This opportunity holds the potential to open doors to a promising future for Austin.
We would be deeply appreciative of any contribution you can make. Thank you so much for your support!
