In Memory of Austin Holtkamp - Park Bench & Table

On the morning of December 13th, we got the dreaded news that our beautiful Austin passed away. He fought a long 5-year battle with the disease of addiction and our love could no longer protect him. Some call it a disease, some call it a disorder, and some say it is a choice, but we saw what could be a choice, turn into something bigger than all of us and this evil phenomenon stole him. There is some peace in knowing that he is no longer suffering but the pain of living our lives without him is something that cannot be described. Austin is and always will be an incredible son, brother, grandson, nephew, and most of all friend.

We are raising funds to have a bench and/or table placed in a local Encinitas park in Austin's memory and to raise awareness of the addiction/disease/drug that took him from us.

Any excess proceeds will be donated on Austin's behalf to local organizations committed to fighting this overwhelming epidemic that has taken more young adult lives than COVID, cancer and car accidents in the last two years.
