Austin Toney was a dedicated band member of the Martin Luther King, Jr. High School Marching Lions (Lithonia, GA) from 2004-2007. He was a popular percussionist and played a major role in the X-Factor drumline. After graduating high school, Austin went to march with the Bethune-Cookman University Marching Wildcats and later joined the Albany State Marching Rams. In every step of the way, Austin kept in touch with his many band families from high school to college.

January 2020, Austin was involved in very bad car accident that left him with severe brain damage. Unfortunately, he did not survive his injuries. But with your help, his legacy will live on.

We are raising funds in his honor to donate to his high school band, The MLKing Marching Lions. We are planning to make this a permanent scholarship that is given to band members annually. For now, please help us raise money to launch this project.
