Austin Scott, son of Ashley and Duke Scott

Austin just graduated with honors from Pace Academy with plans to attend Emory University pre-med in the fall. Austin is an Eagle Scout and talented student. Anyone who knows Austin, knows that he is the most selfless and giving young man. On 5/15/23 Austin sustained a traumatic brain injury in an accident. He underwent an extensive brain surgery proceedure to relieve the swelling from the injury. This will require additional followup surgery in the future and it is estimated that the medical bills will be extensive. The famly anticipates recovery and rehabilitation at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta. We are hopeful for a full recovery, however, TBI recovery progression typically takes two years of extensive rehibilitaton, that has limited insurance coverage. The family greatly appreciates your kindness and support as Austin begins his recovery journey. Any contribution that you can assist with towards that quality care would be so greatly appreciated.
