With a broken heart I write this, my cousin Austin was found deceased in his apartment 01/14/2021. Autsin was born in Salt Lake City Utah November 26th 1989 to Mike Parkin and Jane Halford Austin had an older brother named Derek Parkin. Austin was born with autism but despite this he never let anything stop him. Austin Grew up loving animals, wrestling, cooking and the outdoors especially fishing. Austin loved his beautiful daughter named Purity who he adored and cherished. he loved writing and music He loved being that person to inspire and uplift others around him, he always found the beauty in this world and felt very passionate about sharing it. Austin took pride in making the best out of every situation and always stayed positive. Austin loved helping others so ,much he one day received and inheritance from his grandmother He took every penny and started to give it to others who where in need. when asked why he did that he replied with "isn't that what were all supposed to do "Austin loved spending time with his Father his aunt Debbie and uncle Cory. He very much enjoyed church and loved spreading the word of the lord to others. Austin always tried to make sure everyone knew they were loved. He was a very kind thoughtful person and would do anything for anyone. He was funny, goofy and he loved making people laugh.
Austin was my cousin that I quite literally grew up with, some of the very best memories that I had as a child was with him. The memories I will never forget are waking up with him on Christmas morning, pretending to be wrestlers and wrestling, catching bugs and making forts. Austin was my best friend growing up and always made me laugh he was the brother I never had.
Austins passing as a young man was so unexpected and shocked all of us in the family. In these struggling times we are in any help and kindness are so greatly appreciated. all gifts received will be put in Austins memory and his spirit of who he is.
I made this gofund me page in hopes it will reach enough people who have the means to help. To help with Austins funeral services. I also hope that with any funds given after the funeral costs that my uncle Mike Austins father will be able to morn his son and not worry about much for a short while and he can focus on healing. we are in the process of awaiting news about his autopsy and we think we will need any funds raised as soon as possible we aren't sure how soon as this all happened so suddenly. working with my mother and father we will be helping my uncle through this very tough time and helping him distributing the funds towards funeral costs and arrangements. any and all help with be gratefully appreciated.
