Impact Ultimate is raising funds to guaranty our exclusive use of a high quality field on Sundays for the remainder of 2019. The Great Lawn at Zilker Park is closed most of the rest of the year due to the prep for, performances, and recovery for ACL followed immediately by a similar set-up for Trail of Lights. It is very difficult to find enough open space outside of Zilker Park to have at least two simultaneous games for our group.
Our plan is to reserve the facilities of the Austin Rugby Club (The Blacks: www.austinrugby.com ; the same club as 2017 & 2018) located at 183 and Loyola Lane for Sunday afternoons 3 pm - 6 pm from September 29th to December 30th (ex Christmas) for a total of 14 game days.

Through preliminary discussions, the Club is expected to give us a special deal: $100 a week or approximately $1400 to use the facilities through New Year's. In addition we need to have Liability Insurance (planning cost for annual policy: $600). The Liability Insurance is a long term need and will serve us if necessary for use of other facilities over the next 12 months. We are implementing a fundraiser for $2200 to cover the above items, the cost of the fundraising website itself, and an expense cushion.
Any funds raised above the fundraising goal will go towards future purchases of a Medic Kit, discs, cones, miscellaneous equipment, and social event expenses (like Linda's and Sherri's BBQ) that support Impact Ultimate.
Timetable: We want to raise the cash (at least $1500 to get the field) by Sunday, September 29th! So Donate NOW, Please!!!
