Austin Cox’s Medical Emergency and Recovery

I am Cristal Garrett, Austin Cox’s sister, and I have created this gofundme page to help Austin Cox with his medical emergency needs. On May 14th, 2025 he was involved in a motorcycle accident where he was struck by a truck while on the bike. Paramedics took him to OU where after multiple scans, they found multiple broken ribs and several fractures in his back. He’s currently awaiting surgery. We are so thankful he is alive and in one piece, and that he was wearing his helmet that day. It’s no phone call you ever want to get. This is a devastating blow to not only his health but financially, he will be out of work for an undetermined amount of time while recovering, so he will need assistance financially with bills and medical expenses.
