Austen Jennifer Tabone was born August 29th to Collette and Alex. Entering the world at 2lbs 12 oz, the mighty Austen was diagnosed with both a Type C Tracheoesophageal Fistula, as well as Tetralogy of Fallot, a rare congenital heart defect. Both of these conditions require surgery; the heart condition will require a few over her lifetime.
