Florian's Top Surgery

I'm a 18 year old trans man who suffers from severe dysphoria. I have been out for 4 years and have been looking into medical transition for 2. I have long lasting back pain, and now binding has caused me rib damage. My life is affected by my situation every single day because it's very difficult for me to function regularly. My goal is to try to get surgery by next year because I fear for my physical health if I continue to bind. Getting this surgery will significantly improve my every day life, as well as my overall health and well-being.
