Hallo alle miteinander und danke dass ihr euch Bastis Geschichte anschaut. Ich möchte für unseren Freund diese Kampange starten um das nötige Kleingeld für den kompletten Neuanfang für ihn zu starten. Es geht um Sebastian Stabler, geboren am 22.01.1985 in Frizlar. Er war und ist ein unglaublich fröhlicher und ergeiziger Mensch. Eines seiner größten Schwächen war wohl immer, dass er nicht still sitzen konnte. Immer sehr sportlich aktiv und für jeden Blödsinn zu haben, machten ihn aus. Bodybuilding, Fahrrad fahren, snowboarden oder wakeboarden waren ein paar seiner Freizeitbeschäftigungen bis zu seinem verhängnisvollen Tag.

Basti war als Maler, Fließenleger und Lackierer seit 2012 selbständig. Er hatte sich zwei Standorte in Aachen und Winterlingen aufgebaut und zu seinen besten Zeiten bis zu 7 Angestellte beschäftigt. Er ist seiner Arbeit mit voller Leidenschaft nachgegangen und das über Jahre ohne überhaupt an einen Urlaub zu denken. Nach über 6 Jahren ohne Urlaub, war es dann soweit. Er und seine Freundin Natascha, mit der er zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht mal ein Jahr zusammen war, planten ihren gemeinsamen Urlaub auf Zakynthos, Griechenland vom 11.7 bis 18.7.2019. Für beide war es ein Traumurlaub bis zum folgeschweren Tag . Er machte bei einer Quad Tour auf der Insel mit, dann hat sich das Leben für beide um 360 Grad gewendet. Bastis Quad hatte wohl einen technischen Defekt, was ihm die Kontrolle über das Fahrzeug nicht mehr gewährte. So kam es dazu, dass er aus einer Kurve flog und einen Abhang abstürzte. Die Gründe und der genaue Tathergang sind bis heute unklar. Das Quad war auf jeden Fall nach dem Unfall nicht mehr auffindbar.
Basti has been self-employed as a painter, tiler since 2012. He had set up two locations in Aachen and Winterlingen and had up to 7 employees at his best. He has been passionate about his work for years without even thinking about a vacation. After more than 6 years without vacation, it was time. He and his girlfriend Natascha, with whom he was less than a year old at the time, planned their vacation together in Zakynthos, Greece from July 11th to July 18th, 2019. It was a dream vacation for both of them until the difficult day. He was on a quad tour on the island, then life turned 360 degrees for both of them. Bastis Quad probably had a technical defect, which no longer gave him control over the vehicle. So it happened that he flew out of a curve and crashed a slope. Diagnose im Krankenhaus: Fraktur TH 12 mit Paraplegie bzw. Querschnittslaehmung. Durch die unbeholfenheit und fehlenden Kenntnisse im Krankenhaus in Zakynthos ist viel Zeit verloren gegangen. Der Ruecktransport von Griechenland nach Deutschland wurde durch das Rote Kreuz organisiert. Ab da musste er bis Ende Januar 2020 in verschiedenen Kliniken verbringen. Die Konsequenz aus diesem Unfall, die Aufgabe der Firma und der gesamten Existenz. Die Existenzschutzversicherung prüft trotz Beantragung wenige Tage nach dem Unfall, bis heute ob eine Auszahlung stattfinden kann. Immense Schulden sind die Konzequenz aus diesem Schicksalsschlag. Leasingverträge und Sonstige konnten nicht einfach gekündigt werden. Offene Löhne an Mitarbeiter und Materialkosten konnten nicht mehr bezahlt werden und die Privatinsolvenz ist nur noch knapp entfernt. Basti dachter er sei abgesichert als Selbständiger, aber die Versicherung hat nichts bezahlt bis heute. Besondere Therapien zur Förderung der Heilung können somit nicht finanziert werden. Die Umbaumaßnahmen wie z.B. einen Balkonlift können nicht finanziert werden. Basti ist daher auf Hilfe Dritter angewiesen. Selbständig kann er nicht einmal die Wohnung verlassen. Seine Freundin steht ihm fest zur Seite und versucht ihr Bestmöglichstes um das Leben so normal wie möglich zu gestalten, jedoch kommen beide aufgrund der finanziellen Umstände und die fehlenden Hilfsmittel an ihre Grenzen. Daher bitte ich und alle die hinter den beiden stehen um eure Unterstützung, jeder Euro bringt die beiden einem normalen Leben näher.
