Somos la familia de Aura Figarella de Rivero, conocida cariñosamente como Aurita.

Nuestra querida Aurita, una persona alegre y bondadosa fue sorprendida recientemente con el diagnostico de cáncer de mamas. Su fuerza y esperanza en estos momentos difíciles son una fuente de inspiración para todos nosotros.

El tratamiento médico de Aurita incluye varias estapas: Mastectomía, un riguroso tratamiento de hormonoterapia por 5 años, al menos un ciclo de sesiones de radioterapia, multiples scans y exámenes de seguimiento que deben ser pagados inmediatamente.

En medio de la compleja crisis económica que atraviesa Venezuela, esta situación nos lleva a solicitar apoyo más allá de lo que nuestra familia cercana le ha podido ofrecer. Hasta el momento, nos hemos unido para cubrir todos los costos iniciales, pero el tratamiento que necesita es largo y costoso.

Creemos firmemente en el poder de la solidaridad: "Individualmente, somos una gota; juntos, somos un océano". Es por ello que les pedimos su apoyo para acompañar a Aurita en este camino hacia su sanación. Cada aporte, sin importar su tamaño, es importamte y crucial para poder acceder al tratamiento y exitosa recuperación.

Hello everyone,

We are the family of Aura Figarella de Rivero, affectionately known as Aurita.

Our beloved Aurita, kind hearted and joyful human being, has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. Her strength and hope during these challenging times are a source of inspiration for all of us.

The medical treatment for Aurita includes: mastectomy, a long term and rigorous pharmacological hormon-therapy and at least one radiotherapy cycle amongst several scans and follow up tests that will need to be paid out of pocket.

Amidst the complex economic crisis that Venezuela is undergoing, this situation has led us to seek support beyond what our close family has been able to provide. So far, we have come together to cover the initial costs, but the treatment she needs is lengthy and expensive.

We firmly believe in the power of solidarity: "Individually, we are a drop; together, we are an ocean." That is why we are asking for your support to accompany Aurita on her path to healing. Every contribution, no matter its size, is crucial for her successful treatment and recovery.
