Hi my name is Jonathan Martinez, the son of Juan. I am creating this fundraiser to cover the funeral expenses for my father and if possible leave what's left for my little sister and his youngest daughter, Heidi.

My father was rushed to the hospital Monday morning July 5th, 2021 but unfortunately passed away Thursday July 8th, 2021 at 2am due to internal bleeding of the brain, it damaged certain functions and got worse by the day.

My father was an extraordinary hard working man who worked day and night to provide for his family. He was the best man to talk to if you ever needed advise or anything, he would be there in a heartbeat or just a phone call away. He would tell you how it is and be straight forward with you, it might've been harsh at times but it was always love from him. Despite my father having 2 heart surgeries, nothing ever changed him, he had a heart and physique of a youngster, he loved to dance, play soccer, volleyball, hike, bike, etc. My father was a very active man, some might ask "how does this man do it?". My father was the most humble, loving, and caring human being, a charm like no other. My father was a warrior.
