Aura - Shine your brightest

I'm raising money in aid of AURA, a registered charity we set up in 2021 following a traumatic family event, where no suitable support was available.

We provide 121 counselling, group counselling, confidence building sessions and community events for anyone where a life change/event has affected their mental health.

Every donation will help to improve mental health, learn new coping strategies, lessen anxiety/isolation and increase confidence.
