I am reaching out to share the news that my aunt Elisa Smith experienced a major stroke on 8/31/2025. She is receiving comprehensive rehabilitation in Eugene, although her benefits will only cover 21 days. In the near future she will be moving in with my mom Erika Brown October 1st with the goal of achieving independent living once again. We have been touched by the outpouring of support from many. As we move forward we are working to address the financial aspects of her care.
