Hello, my name is Sarah Panagopoulos. I am a full time working mom, a loving wife, and a niece trying desperately to help her Aunt Dawn (Hendrix) navigate through what will be the last fight in her battle against cancer.

Dawn’s family has been by her side along the way, her daughter Nicole 22, son Cody 14, childrens father Lou, mother, siblings, nieces, nephews and friends. Unfortunately we were informed that the possibility of remission is no longer a possibility, and her final weeks are limited.

Dawn’s fight began in 2003 when first diagnosed with breast cancer. After undergoing a double mastectomy and treatment she was cancer free for 8 years.  In November 2013, she was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer.  Dawn has exhausted all of her financial resources in her continued battle with this devastating disease. In order to achieve some semblance of peace through her remaining days, it would mean so much to her to know, that her family would not be alone to bear additional medical and memorial expenses on top of the gut wrenching emotional state that all families feel during these difficult times.  We understand everyone has financial pressures and under no circumstances do we want anyone to feel any obligation to give.  Consider donating if you are able, and please share and pass this message along to others.
