Aunt Heather's Battle With Cancer
Donation protected
Good day loved ones ! Hope all is well as you are reading this story. If you are here you have most likely heard of what happend to our loving Aunt Heather. If not thank you for taking the time to read her story. Last Saturday Heather and her loving husband Chris were hiking when things took a turn for the worst. Heather became violently ill and started vommitting. She was severly constipated and she knew something was wrong. She decided to sleep on it with hopes it was nothing too serious.
Sunday she woke up and was still vommitting and she felt worse. She decided to go to Urgent Care and get x-rays. After the x-rays they advised heather to go to the ER immediately. After checking into Henrico Doctors Hospital she recieved devastating news. The x rays showed that there was a seven centimeter tumor in her colon and lesions on her liver.
Heather's offical diagnosis was determined to be stage 4 colon cancer. To make matters more dire the cancer also spread to her liver. The doctors have advised surgery to remove the cancer. Heather will have the seven centimeter tumor removed from her colon and sixty percent of her liver removed. Her surgery is scheduled for Monday, April 3rd.
We are making this GoFundMe to spread awarness and raise money for her medical bills. Heather will need weeks of chemotherapy after the surgery and she is in this battle for the long haul. Anything you can give will be greatly appreciated. Please keep Heather in your thoughts and send her positive vibes. She is staying so positive during this whole experince and wants people in her life to do the same. I will keep you updated once we learn more. Thank you so much for your time and generositiy !
