To Friends and Family of Audrey Baumgart:

As you may know, Aunt Aud had an accident leaving church a few weeks ago resulting in the need for a partial hip replacement.

Following her hospital stay, she has been in Shelby Commons Healthcare Facility for rehabilitation.

The medical staff and insurance has determined that she is ready to be released on Feb 8, but with conditions that cannot meet her living on her own at home.

We have decided to move her to a 30 day Assisted Living Facility but the cost is not covered by insurance.

an additional 30 days of rehabilitation would, we hope and pray, return her to her desired state of independence and home living.
