My name is Gayle and I was born with Spina Bifida, which is a physical disability requiring me to use a wheelchair. I've had this current wheelchair for the last almost 11 years and as you can see I've put it through a lot. I am finally in need of another wheelchair as soon as I am able as the current chair no longer suits my needs. It has also become a liability to use from a mechanical and safety point of view.

I am in need of a wheelchair that is not only easy for me to get around and transfer, but transfer in and out of my car to get to places like work and to just have basic independence.

Unfortunately, medical insurance doesn't cover my needs; which is this ultralight wheelchair - a TiLite TR. After extensive research, I believe this wheelchair is the right fit for me.

I've already had a visit with the sales rep, was measured for the new chair, and was given a quote for the new wheelchair which is $5,000.00. This would put into motion the production and delivery of this wheelchair within the next few months.

This would go a very long way in improving my life and making sure I stay active and productive for the foreseeable future. Any contribution is more than appreciated and sharing this campaign is very much appreciated.
