Hello! This is my best friend Gus. He is about 4 years old and has been battling with Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease for almost a year now. He has had 4 urinary blockages since December 2024. Currently, he has a very big stone in his bladder and he needs to get it removed with surgery as well as another surgery in order to prevent blockages in the future! He as at high risk to block again and our little family has run through all of our resources. Each surgery will be between 3 and 4 thousand dollars and possibly more for him to be hospitalized, and any additional funds will be used for medications or possible complications, and follow up expenses during his recovery time. He is a happy and healthy cat apart from his bladder and we want to give him the chance to live a long and happy life. I know it is a big goal to reach, but anything truly helps as we just moved to give him more space to be active. I (his owner) am only 23 living paycheck to paycheck and found out about his condition before I could get him pet insurance which does not cover preexisting conditions.
