August - Hot Dogs for Hope Ministry

***Update 8/19 - We desperately need help to purchase food for the last two weeks in August. PLEASE prayerfully consider supporting this ministry that is impacting so many lives right now. It seems like every week we are getting somebody off the streets and into a new life of FREEDOM! We can't continue without YOUR help. AUGUST 2016 BUDGET NEEDS - Hot Dogs of Hope Ministry is a group of men and women with a passion and drive to share the love of Jesus with homeless in Jacksonville, Florida. Each Monday we walk in groups all around the downtown area to give a Hot dog dinner, water, prayer and hope to those in need. It is not our mission to meet all of the many needs of the homeless population, but only to point them to the only one who can.
Each week we join together at the "Hot Dog House" (a small shelter/ministry house in Springfield area of Jacksonville) and prepare 120 bagged dinners to distribute to homeless in downtown Jacksonville. In addition to giving dinners, we provide hygeine products, bibles, prayer, support and HOPE to anyone and everyone that we encounter.

Our cost is only approximately $1.15 per dinner. ***WE NEED YOUR IMMEDIATE FINANCIAL SUPPORT! We are serving on FIVE Mondays in AUGUST and need to raise $700 to purchase food items to distribute. While hygeine products, bibles and other items are donated by volunteers and others, this $700 is the MINIMUM that we need in order to feed those in need.
Please give what you can! Even $5 or $10 is a huge blessing and help. $20, $50 or more is amazing. ANY and ALL money raised above $700 will be directly used for ministry expenses and 100% of all money given will go directly to feed and minister to the homeless in downtown Jacksonville.
