On August 8th, we said goodbye to João — a beloved husband, devoted flight attendant, and cherished friend. After being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2020, João faced his illness with courage, grace, and unwavering strength. He fought bravely for years, inspiring all who knew him with his determination and positivity, even in the hardest of times.

João was known for his kindness, his warm smile, and his ability to make everyone feel cared for, whether in the skies as a flight attendant or at home among family and friends. His passing leaves behind his loving wife, who stood by him through every step of his journey, and who is now facing the heartbreak of life without him.

We are creating this GoFundMe to support João’s wife during this incredibly difficult time. Donations will go toward funeral costs, ongoing living expenses, and helping her find stability as she begins to navigate life without her partner.

Though nothing can ease the pain of losing João, we can come together to honor his memory and offer support to his family in their time of need.
